Bipartisan Feminist Project

This week we are featuring the Bipartisan Feminist Project. They are a bipartisan organization, which means they involve all political parties, in order to educate people about feminism and garner support for it.

One reason this organization is so great is because they are bipartisan. There is often a view in society that feminism is solely for women, but this project contrasts that by being completely inclusive to all genders, all beliefs, etc. all around the United States.

To get involved, you can become a Chapter Leader or Ambassador. A Chapter Leader will create their own Chapter in which they must “foster support for feminist goals,” “Establish bipartisan support for pro-women legislation,” and “Increase access to educational resources for women.” In it, you will organize your own events that are aligned with these goals. An Ambassador works with the Project in order to fundraised and campaign things relating to feminism.

There are forms and other processes you must go through in order to join, depending on what you want your role to be, all which you can find on their website.

To learn more, you can visit their website down below, contact their Instagram @bipartisan_feminist_project or watch the short video where Devy, someone who works with the organization, explains more about working with them.

If you want to recommend an opportunity that should be featured next, reach out to us via Instagram or through our Suggestions tab!
